I recently purchased the new Uuni 3 Pizza Oven and have been cranking out crispy thin pizzas with it for a few weeks. What captured my interest before purchasing the Uuni 3 is the low price of $299 and the promise of easy operation and high performance. After using it for a few weeks, I can definitely say it is a lot of fun to use and the pizzas that come out of the oven are pretty damn good! Considering the price, I think it is a great outdoor grilling toy to add to the arsenal. You can now purchase it on amazon here.

I found the Uuni 3 Pizza Oven to work pretty well overall. Temperature regulation can be a little bit of a challenge, as it tends to run very hot. However, it does produce a nice crisp crust and mimics a restaurant quality brick oven pizza nicely. If you enjoy cooking outdoors, then I think you will have a lot of fun with with the Uuni 3.
